I placed an order for my daughter's costume on. October 11th. Spirit said the costume would ship within 5 to 7 days. I called on the 20th (because I still have not received anything) the girl on the phone said she would have to call the warehouse to let them know of my order?! She would get back to me via email in 48 hours. Now today, October 23rd I still have nothing. My order still shows "in process". I guess with 2020 being the year it is, my daughter's first Halloween might as well be ruined too. Thanks Spirit for making this the worst Halloween. I will NEVER shop here again. **Update** I never received the order. When I called to check on it (for the 4th time) the costume was out of stock so they could not fulfill it anyway. Also have to add, they have horrible customer service.
