I ordered two banners for our school reunion float went through heck to get the proof right then told them I wanted them both to match with the saying I gave them to put on it (after two examples) they then sent 1 of each example instead of two of the same one so they did not match and were not the same we looked at them at the location I delivered them too the same day they arrived. I had delivered the banners to the location where the float would be decorated another classmates building which was then locked until later that week for the class to meet to decorate. They would not admit they messed up the design and demanded I send them pictures of the banners which I would not have access too now, they know what they printed they had the instructions I gave they had the proofs but yet they would not make good on their screw up. So I wonder what the point is to even try to give them instructions on what you want, and then have to prove to them they screwed it up when they had a digital and order trail to look at!
