“HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE & THEFT”

I ordered a pair of black fitflop sandals. It took a month to be delivered. When I opened the box they were bright pink Nike sneakers. The company's only response was "sorry, we'll refund you $20." I paid $65. The stole my money and refused to issue a full refund even though their website says "365 day money back guarantee." The company is horrible. They stole my money! I've never seen a response like this from any online retailer. I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. If this would let me give no stars I would.
