I ordered the Kraus 45" kitchen work station sink which was back ordered and unfortunately the lip of the sink was damaged in two places. Called customer service and they sent me another sink in a very timely manner! Their customer service representatives were a pleasure to work with- which is a rarity these days! I love this sink. Thank you so much KB+A
