I purchased a pack of 6 Fredrix archival canvas boards. Payment was taken by the international sister site globalshopex.com but no tracking number given. A week went by and I emailed globalshopex.com to ask what has happened but no response. I eventually emailed RexArt who stated the item was discontinued and I need to contact Globalshopex. Well, globalshopex are not responding but they have my money so I have requested a refund if they cannot fulfil the order but I have no response. Very poor customer service.
