Never use this company for party needs. They will be quick to take your payment and slow to ship your items. They do not respond to messages. I sent a message requesting to cancel my order (placed 3 weeks before the party date), which had not yet shipped 5 days before the event, the very next day I was notified that the order shipped (with a tracking link that does not work)
