“Employees like Elias”

I went to the lids location on Stacey Rd and the wind abruptly slammed the door so hard it was off track. The male employee Elias had a line of customers awaiting to come into store. Elias was very kind to everyone that waited to get into the store and because of his kindness we all waited and when he finally was able to open the door we all were exhausted but excited because Elias is such a gentleman he knew how to stay calm under pressure. Give that man a raise AND FIX THAT DOOR BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT.
