Firstly, they asked for a lot of information not normally asked for, just to review a business they have listed to for sale. My ID; proof of funds, and a signed NDA (this part is standard) and then even with my credit in the high 800s and CASH to purchase NOW, they still wouldn't provide the prospectus on the listed business! Said they wanted to have an "hour long conversation(!)" first, to build trust and have an intimate relationship! What the? If the seller knew they refused to show a capable buyer their listing, I'm sure they would be very upset and go elsewhere. Ridiculous company. I'd give them a zero star if possible.
