I have made several orders online, they have been lost or just canceled. I'm waiting for my orders and have to call them to find out it was canceled! Really!
They don't notify you and then when you call they don't have a glue what they are doing.
I'm cancelling my credit card and will shop else where.
I will say this about James a supervisor. James has gone out of his way to make things right with one of my horrible experiences with Express!
