I ordered a birthday gift for my wife a month before her birthday to allow for the 11-20 day shipping. Well needless to say she didn't get her gift and I contacted customer service via email several times. To be giving lies that my package was shipped when I went on the FedEx website they've never received it my wife's birthday has passed and she never got her gift. Luckily I got her another one from somewhere else anyway. The point is I get an email when I requested a refund stating once I get the gift they would refund my money. Which I have no clue when that will be because it's still pending on the fedex website. Don't trust this company
