I have been trying for over a month and half to get an international ticket re-issued [booking# *******] because of an error on the name. The trip is now 3 weeks and 4days away and this still isn't taken care. The impression is that there is no initiative [follow-through] from my contact person [Lizbeth] in the waivers team to actually get this resolved in a timely manner or perhaps at all. I am feeling that I may never use this booking platform again and will strongly advise friends and family to consider other services or book directly with the airline; especially with international travel.
