I have had NOTHING but problems with the customer service dept that is connected to their online business. It is so frustrating and SO disappointing. Since for the most part the people that work in the stores are so nice and so helpful. I have repeatedly had issues with an overseas staff that doesn't speak English very well, that doesn't understand how to problem solve and where there are NEVER ANY supervisors available on the weekends and NO ONE stateside that is even REMOTELY involved in handling their completely negligent foreign staff. I have had issues where it has taken more than 7 days for a supervisor to get back to me and STILL can't solve the problem! Today I called about an order I placed last Monday that the person I spoke to today told me he couldn't react or help with the issue until FRI of this Week? What? It hasn't shipped! SOMEONE who works for ULTA should be able to call the Wearhouse and ASK WHY it hasn't shipped yet. I am so done. DO NO reach out to me unless you work for the company STATESIDE. Because I promise you NO ONE in the Philippines can help me or even understand me and I am TIRED of the form letters you make them send out. I may as well be dealing with BOTS. I have been a big fan of the products since the pandemic started. They had what I considered to be a GREAT customer loyalty program. There was a site "Upgrade" in Oct and it's been awful ever since. Sept was the last time I was able to access my points or my rewards. And because they never let you use more than one reward at a time and never let your coupon amount exceed $5? I had $5 coupons STACKED. Can't access them and even though it tells me that I have rewards I can't access them and I have contacted customer service 5 times since Oct and have gotten NO response.
