This controller was a gift. The controller had an issue connecting and lighting up. We reached out to the support team and within minutes they reached back out to us with instructions. We had to send it back for repair and once we received it back. It worked greatly. My boyfriend loves his controller and I would highly recommend this to anyone!
I went with this choice because I could customize the controller and the warranty with their products are great.
