I ordered a Mario galaxy for the past 5 days and till this moment there is no tracking number to confirm details of my order. Two days after the order, my initial order was cancelled only to be opened again with order number F*******001 on the 21st december 2021. Several calls to both the supplier (JUST GAMES SOLUTION) and the contact centre proved abortive as they keep passing reason for not processing to the other. Customer care says probably the supplier does not have it in stock (if it is not in stock, why display it!?), the supplier claims its with Konga already. This is not the first time I am having such experience with the same supplier (JUST GAMES SOLUTION)... I have been calling the supplier since yesterday but he no longer pick my calls. I wont advise anyone to do business with this company... service delivery is indeed very poor!
