We were designing a shower invitation and could not format it. We called the help line and, after working on it for awhile, let us know that it wouldn't work and still look good. It was great to know that we didn't have to work through it and find out we weren't going to be able to use that invitation. She then helped us find another siimilar invitation and spent the time customiIng it for us. Terri went above and beyond to ensure that we would be satisfied with the product.
