My significant other ordered from Ava's for Valentines Day and it was a bust! He ordered Fri 2/9 and was told the flowers would be delivered between the 13th and 14th, I didn't get them until the 15th and they look nothing like the arrangement he picked out, nor did I get the personalized message he wanted to send with it.
