Please stay away from Newchic website. I made my order 1 month ago, and I haven't received my package yet, they just give you the wrong tracking information just to make you confused and make you wait more. And they are not even responding whats happening with your package. Worst online shopping that I have ever made!

When you placed the order, you can get the estimated delivery time on checkout page. Besides. We kindly suggest that you can check your Newchic account, you can get the order details there. Also, you can track your order if you have chosen the shipping methods with the tracking number.
You can track the parcel yourself, so we will not offer you the wrong tracking information.
