I booked two flights (last year) for two different dates/places (in one payment). I got to the airport on the first trip and I was told that there was not a booking under my name. Never was reimbursed and the same thing happened when I went to take my 2nd trip (yes, I tried to cancel with no avail for the 2nd one). After trying repeatedly, I was told that they offered no reimbursement and that I was the one that was wrong (said I chose the wrong date). I had even forwarded the confirmation email that I received two days after booking (and not knowing there was a problem) and calling repeatedly and emailing as well. I lost 500 bucks. Lesson learned and I spread the word to everyone I knew and still do.
