I ordered a t-shirt I saw at Facebook. Not a special order. Somehow they charged me for two and sent one to my home address and one to the billing address. I did not order the shirt twice so I'm not sure how this happened. They refuse to let me return one of them because they were sent to separate addresses. I've paid $75 for a shirt that I wasn't really that excited about in the first place, especially after I received one of the shirts. When I write, they respond that they "care about my service" but that they're not willing to do anything about it. I run my own business and I think this is poor customer service. I'll never order from Dzeetee's again.
