They don't waste my time, when they have a survey they contact me and most of the time I'm matched up correctly and able to take it.
Finding a survey and staying on it long enough to get paid sometimes takes way more time than it is worth. Also, when cashing in rewards there is a few more hoops to jump through than are necessary. Simplify it please... one step to redeem would be great! Verify everything at time I am redeeming points, then send me my reward - done, it would be perfect!
