I ordered a cake for my cousins to congratulate them from FNP. They send another design which of course looked cheaper.
When I contacted them I asked for 30% refund because of the inconvenience and the cheaper cake they sent. The customer service said they will not give a dime back!
It is totally terrible company! They sent me the wrong size, no replacements and the customer care was rude! All in one!
I will give them 0 star not one!
