I brought my grandmother a basket of fruit for mother's day. I paid extra for it to be delivered May 9,19 before noon. I received an email stating it won't be delivered until May 14,19.

“Horrible customer service”

I regret giving my money to Octalogo! The customer service was horrible. I paid for the professional package which was $99.00 at the time. However, they did not give me all the benefits that came with the packages. Wasted of money!
