I know it's a popular search item to pop up, but here's one of many experiences I've had with them.

You will have to do the work of all their departments for them. They didn't contact me for a month because they didn't have the parts available (I contacted them to find this out, despite the website saying around 6 in stock for each part). They overcharged me from my original purchase (before I asked where the hell the parts were). I had to message them a month after I ordered to find out where my package is and when I would see it. That's when I find out they didn't have it and would be able to deliver on their website statement of having it in stock ( it was over 6 months out, again it took over a month and me asking to find it out). I switched to non OEM parts (again refunded the wrong amount) After an unsuccessful delivery attempt it took 4 phone calls for them to actually "find" my order (3 phone calls promising a phone call back, obviously they never did), they never messaged and for a month and a half wouldn't confirm they received it, despite documents showing their warehouse personnel had physically signed for the package a month and a half before. They refused any discount for me having to perform all their employees roles in the company by myself (shouldn't need to hold your employees hands for you to run your business), but you need to for this company, apparently. The managers won't call you back, even if you tell them they need to answer the phone, or face other parties starting to intervene in the process to get you the money they are illegally withholding. I ended up filing fraud charges against them with my bank because that was the only option to get the overcharge of $1007.09 (should have been a lesser charge from the start, but their "biling department " got that wrong. With my original dispute, with records, they claimed my %100 discount would only be $8.16, with documentation of everything, including phone calls with them (phone calls were recorded on my side in order to have proof of shady business practices, as well to get my money back). They run a business so discombobulated, it is appalling that it is still going. Glad I have a bank willing to fight fraudulent / theft charges against a company like this. I went with pelican parts after this and it was over %50 less than what mini mania would have charge with %100 better service. I had a shipping number less than 10 minutes after a phone call with the salesperson.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy here. I had to file fraud/theft charges with my bank. This was the only way to get my money back. None of their employees will help you, including all their management.
