Hii shrikant, I have booked to earphones bt the product was supposed to be delivered on 29/7/2020 but it was delivered on 30/7/2020, and the person delivering the delivery you sent spoke very rude language and when verified after the product was delivered, it contained a product defect and included charging cables and air buds are missing, but everything was going well in the second product and it was verifying but good, I have had a very bad experience from you so I am sending this product to return but it should send a really good product as soon as possible, otherwise I will complain to consumer court and your company It will also spread the word on social media, requesting that you take the product as soon as possible and send a new return and better quality and send on time,
