“Says Delivered Digitally but Not Received & Wait 30 Days!”

Ordered e-card for birthday gift for today, my credit card was fully charged (not authorizing/pending!); acct says "digitally delivered" but was never received. They say wait 30 days! Will never order from them again, no excuse for delays on electronically delivered goods they already took the money for!

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you order at least 30 days ahead of the occasion or buy from someone else!

Products used:
I purchased a digital gift card as a gift for an occasion that was happening today, and was why I needed an 'instant' gift. What a waste of money! It will probably be more than a month before we receive the refund for the undelivered gift and will never use them again!
