The process is so confusing. I get so many mixed messages. Random phone calls from "Rush". Some of the people on the phone will take the time to figure out what was being delivered, most treated me like I was crazy for asking what was being delivered and when. Paid extra. Weeks, months go by and I don't know what is coming from where or when. Pure chaos. Will never order online from Rejuvenation again.
