He called the bank and the bank confirms to him that nothing was sent. When I called they do the same to me, ask for bank information and said the transaction was cancelled by the bank.

The said that they have refund policy, they act like they are professionals, they going to tell you we try to refund your money but is the bank who cancelled, and they are not going to give you receipts.; but they forgot that in the bank summary is going to show the transaction.
