Sadly enough, I have been a loyal and satisfied iHerb.com customer for few years until I got to face their ignorant customer service.
I have placed my order on April 30. Until this day, more than 4 months later I have never received my money back for the order.
When my order came to Denmark, I received a letter from Danish post that I had to pay taxes, which was almost the same amount as I have ordered for. That was strange since I have ordered many times before and this never happened. However, I understand it's not iHerb fault, but I was not willing to pay that much therefore after few weeks, the package was sent back automatically.
I contacted them and was told that the expenses will be refunded the total amount of the order, minus the shipping charge, and 20% of the value of the order, (as a re-stocking fee). I told them that was fine as long as they refund what is left.
Since them they never contacted me first. For 4 months I was trying to get any normal answer, but all I was getting seemed close to a copy/paste message, saying basically the same thing about possible charges.
In my last e-mail that I wrote on July 27 I wrote that this would be my last email and I want them to finally handle the situation and have some respect to at least contact me with updates. I received a similar email again and no money.
This is my first complain/bad review I wrote in my life, but that was very disrespectful customer service and hopefully my bad experience will finally be noticed.
