This is a while back now but having read other reviews I felt compelled to write. I ordered a mother's day e-voucher for £200 for my Mum. She did not receive it. With lockdown meaning had not seen her for 6 months I wanted to give her something special and had she not said that she was a little surprised I had forgotten mothers day I would never have know she had not received it and the White Company would have in effect stolen my money. I wonder how many others this has happened to unbeknownst to them. When I complained they said simply they would look into it and it took until Friday afterwards before she finally received it - 5 days after Mothers day. All I received from the White Company (Siyanda McCabe) was an emailing stating "we have now sent it" without any apology. I was appalled and replied saying I was hoping for an apology. They wrote again apologising but I must say I expected maybe a voucher as an apology which I suggested without reply. I wasn't looking for a free be but I did expect my order to arrive on time when it was time sensitive and at the very least an unprompted apology after which becomes meaningless. I have spent a lot of money at the White Company over the years on my wife, Mum, sister and development projects but I will now think twice! Appalling customer service.
