I was unaware of the membership activation and I was being charged every month without my knowledge. The freelancers support agent called Ashton helped me out to resole this issue and refunded the two months membership amount and also cancelled my membership. I am very glad now and satisfied. Thumbs up to Ashton. May God bless her more and more
