I had loads of timewasters and never found anyone, I have no problem with indeed for that, as that is the way things seem to be atm. My issue is that I paused the job and then was still getting billed. The amount is small but the principle remains. I am sitting here now after spending valuable time trying to cancel the subscription, and still unsure if I have. There is no contact info and we all know canceling is not made easy because if you get thousands of people overlooking £11 you make a lot of money. I feel this is underhand and would not use or recommend indeed based on this.
Hi Simon, thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. To clarify, Indeed accounts are self-served if any paid jobs or CV subscriptions are not closed/canceled then they will continue to spend/accrue charges. In addition, Indeed works on a post-pay billing cycle as well. This means that charges that accrue in one month do not get charged until the following. Employers also have the responsibility to ensure they are aware of all accounts they have with Indeed that could possibly also have spending jobs. Please keep in mind that Indeed does not post or create any jobs on the behalf of employers, only account holders have that ability. For your reference as well, here is more information on how to contact Indeed from our public employer help center: https://indeed.force.com/employerSupport1/s/article/207325006?language=en_GB. If you ever need assistance in the future, feel free to email us directly at sitejabber@indeed.com.
