I'm compelled to highlight the dismal customer service I've experienced with this company. After buying Universal Studio tickets, along with fast passes, I was left in the lurch when the fast passes were never delivered. This oversight cost me an extra £200 at the park itself. Despite three weeks of constant follow-up, my refund is still pending. The company promises a 48-hour response time, a commitment they've yet to honour. Frustrated and out of options, I'm now pursuing legal remedies and strongly caution against using their services, particularly if you encounter any issues.
