I get a call from someone right after I booked saying that because of the cheap price of the flight that we may not get on that flight so we needed to buy some upgrade to insure we will. Not a happy customer and I have booked with you before but no more.

Ordered a mini fridge in May never received. Since they showed a phony tracking number and showed delivered, I will have to pay charge.
