I ordered my dress online ( attached invoice) on 12/29/21. I supposed to receive the dress by now, today is 2/8/2022. I had called, and sent several emails to request the status of my ordered. It has been whole weeks, there were no one responded.
I had same bad experience as CB on the review-- here is her review "lthough the website cites 5 to 15 days for shipping, this is completely erroneous. At the beginning, customer service was responsive in my inquiries. Now that the 15 days are long past, I am receiving absolutely no correspondence on the status of my order. The website guarantees a 24-hour response, it's been over a week since my last inquiry and I have received no word from the company on the status of my order. At this point, I'm questioning the legitimacy of this business." I think I have lost all my money that I had paid. Anyone have suggestions what actions should I have to take now?

We have 24/7 online chat customer service, it is at the right bottom corner on every page of the website. It is very easy to find. By the way, we make brand new dresses for every customer with their own custom-fitting size, and every gown is 100% handmade even every single crystal on the dress. The production time might be delayed sometimes, hold you could understand. The estimated production time is 5-15 business days as shown on website (not calendar days).
