I am a new diffusor user. I ordered over 200 dollars worth of assorted diffusing oil and a diffusor. DoTerrra sent me a broken diffusor so I returned it. I'm still waiting on the replacement. It's been three weeks since my initial order and customer service could not be less helpful or concerned. I will not be using this company again.

Tip for consumers:
The oils may be excellent but I wouldn't know since I can't use them as ordered due to faulty equipment sent by the company and delay tactics to replace faulty equipment that was promptly returned to doterra.

Products used:
I haven't been able to use any of the products I ordered because of defective merchandise.
