I ordered a bra on May 24,2017, I used my credit card. After numerous emails and no response I had the payment reversed. Out of nowhere on June 21 they sent me an email saying it was shipped. I sent them an email telling them to cancel the order, two days later it's in my mail box with no return label. I've requested a return label but if history shows me anything, I will not receive a response.

Any time a sale it made, the funds are transmitted directly to the merchant and we cannot make adjustments after that point. We certainly understand that you had to go through a lot to reach this outcome but, generally speaking, we are unable to create the expectation that we can reimburse you the difference under circumstances like you described.
