Great website to find the parts you need for just about anything you are trying to repair. I have used them multiple times for many different items I was repairing. BIGGEST complaint I have, is, this company is making some serious money off of shipping. I have a business repairing fishing reels and many parts are found here, which is great. However if I only need a 24 cent spring that literally weighs next to nothing that could be sent in a regular envelope for the price of a stamp, I usually have to pay at least 9 bucks for shipping. Thus charging customers a lot for the repair of a reel that may have only been 50 bucks to start with. Hence to me this company seems to be pushing the " throw away society " that we live in by making it not worth to repair items that can be repaired at reasonable cost to not being reasonable when shipping is added to the part with tax. So then the item that should be repaired gets tossed in the garbage and a new one bought. Hurray for the manufacture right? How about terrible for the environment. Just saying
