I called customer service about an issue with the website and my order… no one ever called me...

That said, you are a long-standing customer with several orders previously to be able to provide a review about our service and product(s). We would always welcome and appreciate others being able to hear about even your past experiences with us. If there is any chance of fixing the one-star review and basing your review on the history of our service rather than a package that is still in transit, we would greatly appreciate it.
