Don't deal with them. I am a college student who needed some extra cash and decided to sell my old college textbooks. I sent in my books to discover books and received no payment. I contacted their support team and they said on one was there to take the call. Then I contacted them a couple days and they said they cannot pay me for my books and couldn't give a reason why. The books were in great condition. I asked them to send me my books back and they refused I even offered to pay the shipping, but they said the books have been recycled. This is a professional scammer organization.
