Tangerine is an online-only bank, which means that when you need any support, it has to be done either online or over the phone. For a problem as simple as replacing a damaged credit card, there is nothing you can do online or through the app. You should call them, and the wait times are always a few hours, no matter what day or time of the day you call. There was a time that Tangerine customer service was OK, but now it's terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone.
