If you have a part to return from this parts site and it is more than say 5 mos. They are going to give you the runaround and then tell you they need a P PP payment request. Hmmm. The fraud dept of my CC company heard of no such process. This company will tell you they have technical issues is why they need this. What Discovered was this. No payment in 10 of recpt of my returned item,. I had to call several time, to get excuse after excuse. Then I get an email requesting that I submit PP request otherwise they can not return my finds. Geeze mind you this they got my item 1-31-24. I finally got my refund 2-22 Minus ship fees to and from. Plus i was charged from PP a fee. S beware of this company and any other for that matter when you are dealing with a part under warranty. This is my first iincounter. It is sad that business has to stoop to this level. Why, was it to avoid fees on their end to refund a customer? Or something else that is damaging to their company.

Tip for consumers:
Find out from a online parts store, what is the return process for a warranted part of say 1 yr or 2 yr and it has to be returned for a refund. Find out what their process is. How will they refund your money and in what time frame.

To make a long story short you are entitle to a refund for a part under warranty for 1yr. I purchased and light igniter, of which we did not attempt to install until Jan 2024. At which time we discovered this Germany part did not fit and it was not the fit. Still under warranty, I had to send it back. This company will tell you, they have a problem with their system in processing the refund. Then the will tell you that they are having trouble processing the return and you have to send them a payment request. Note, in my case I paid using PP, which in turn pulled the funds from my linked bank. Now, to warn you,. They do not refund any shipping amount that you paid to receive or send back. They only refund item cost and taxes. Now when you use the PP payment request for payment. When you get your funds returned, you are his with PP fee on top of that. This was headache just to get the money back. When they received the item, it is written, refund in 10 days...they rec'vd my item 1-31-24...I had to call numerous time and hear they had problems by Feb 15, now I was told about the payment request... Note the time frame here. I finally did the request 2-16 then I still had to cal to find out why it was not process on 2-22--Im totld a guy name Dean Burger would call me back. Instead the PP was refunded immediately. The bottom line here. We as a customer should not have to submit any type of request for money when a refund is due. After speaking with the fraud Dept of My CC. They too, have never heard of any such process. So what this tells me is this company is in some way avoiding fees of some sort on their end or other pressing issues. SO Beware before buying anything with this company that may cause you to deal with a time constraint like 6 mos or more. This will include items that fail on you that are under a warranty. Note you will loose money.

A simple word of advice. Try to have your research done before going to an emergency room. Blood pressures are being taken too soon after arrival (which can lead to incorrect readings). I went in for abdominal-got a CT scan. The Assistant taking my blood pressure offers me pain medicine. I refused until I know exactly what is wrong. 430pm approx. Received CT scan at approx 515pm. Had to sit around for 4+ hrs before I got called into a Dr. I even asked if I could lay down somewhere, as it was so painful for me to sit. No such option there. So I went back and forth to my car to lie down until they finally called me into a room with 4 other unknown people. NO privacy whatsoever. A Dr. come over to me and the first thing out of his mouth was. I notice you did not take a pain med when offered and he proceeded to offer me pain medicine. I instantly started to him, " I am not taking anything until I know what is my illness. He then states to me I have a kidney stone about ready to pass that is 8mm in size, which is why I have so much pain. Then he says he will prescribe I need to prescribe an antibiotic because I had a mild bladder infection, a pain med, and a nausea pill. OMG, people. Know this ( I discovered days later in my own personal research) I should never have taken antibiotic until my URINE was analyzed, which take approx 4 days to do the culture on it. Nowadays these antibiotics are not working as they did in the past.---Case and point. I took 2 pills for 5 days. And GUESS, what the heck happened. The abdominal pain lasted 2 days and I ended up with burning when I urinated. OMG, I also got a copy of my test results at the hospital that night. The CT report stated I had more stones in my kidneys...(. I took the pain pills one day, NEVER did stop any pain). The CT never stated how many or how large. OMG. Can you believe it. So for two days, I decided to take an herb called Chanca Piedra (stone breaker) as well as drink pure unsweetened cranberry juice and lemon water. By the 4th day, the burning stopped. I now have a total understanding of Kidney Stones, eating and preventing. Yet, I have no idea about my condition at this point. So now I will set an appt with an actual Urologist and get to the bottom of this CT scan result. I say of this to people who put faith in these doctors, DOn't, Do your research,(PMed), and question everything. I forgot to tell you. Right before leaving the hospital, this Doctor said to me. I can give you a shot for pain, would you like. NO was my answer. It is all about money for each and every little thing... They wanted so badly to give me pain medicine. Geeze.

Beware of these Emergency room, they do not have your best interest at heart

OMG! Our credit is controlled by these deranged organizations that are privately owned. Hmm!, our info, can actually be compromised from within,. We, consumers, have no way of knowing who sees what. We are told, to send identifying info, via mail, fax... OMG! Leaving our info exposed to whomever. I was told my D/L. SSn were not stored. Hmmm! Someone sees it and has access to it.
My story... 2022 go to access online to get report... no access. I never froze my file. Yet can not access. I go through 6 people who all can't tell me anything, except to talk with a special dept, who I call and they are rude and sarcastic. Having no desire to even look into the matter of why I can not access my report. OMG... 3 hrs into this, I call back again finally getting a professionally competent person in this Specialized fraud dept. who explained the problem, She explains that i will never be able to access an online Credit report, since someone had tried to use my SS (fraud)before. Can you believe it... So I have to always go via phone to get a copy of my report. INSANE.
How do I know if that is even the truth... Just know that you may have to go through numerous people and many different case#, file numbers before getting a happy professional person to speak with. I think they ae all miserable unhappy people.

Beware, Transunion is no longer as reputable as they once were. it use to be Equifax and now it is TU, the worst of the worst

As a postal customer, paying astronomical box fee rental which has gone from $26 to $45ish to $50ish to $63 to now over $85. Every six mos. Mail is being lost or misplaced and no one is being held accountable. They take your name and phone number and no one ever gets back to you. It is so sad... When you purchase products from places like eBay, USPS logs it as delivered, however, yet, you have not picked up the item yet. But since it is in your box or maybe not in your box, it will show as delivered. In the eyes of eBay, the pkg has been delivered. You have no case to reclaim your lost funds for the item. USPS should be held accountable for the incompetency of its box clerks who misplaced all mail.
One day recently in May 2022, I went to my box to pick up my packages; there 3 other people's packages in my box. Can you believe it? This location is USPS 580 W Monterey Avenue, Pomona, CA *******. Word of advice. When you have an alert of a package is being delivered to your box address... Go immediately to get it the day it is said to be there... Oh, I forgot one thing. Delivery will show arrived at a specific time, i. E. 6 am, go to the PO at 9 when they open... they claim the box clerk has not put mail in boxes yet... Then why does the package showing arrive? I should be able to get it when I arrive. Imagine that!

Pick up as soon as delivered, accept no excuses for misplaced PO Box mail

I was first introduced to this insurance company in 2017 by a sales agent whom, visited our office. All of the employees took advantage of the insurance for disability coverage. 1 yr later, my policy expired and I did not get a reminder notice until 1-2 months later (confirmed via my USPS confirm delivery notice of mail arriving). When I contact the company, they claim there was nothing the could do but to issue a new policy. Low and behold I received a new policy, which come to find out was a simple Accident policy only... WOW! I dd not discovere this until I needed to use the policy, as I suffered and auto accident... To get to the chase. You only ever talk with a CSV rep. They all tell you, te adjuster will call you in 24-48 hrs. You never get a call, or if you do, it is at a time you are not able to answer, they leave you mesage, however never a number to reac them direct. You end going back through the system again, getting a CSV rep, who tells you again 24-48 hrs... OMG. This is the worst of the worst. Been 3 mos. I have yet to speak with any adjuster or manager... I will never recommend this company..

Disability Insurance Coverage or Accident Insurance.. beware of this company. Service is insane

I am taking this time update a review of Ecrator.com; which has much potential; yet it is lacking in a critical element. The shipping, this area needs a total make over.
Although you select your US shipping amounts and the international areas you are willing to ship. It is not in sinc when an International buyer purchases my item. It comes up as a free shipping o at a US ship rate. I then have to cancel the transaction with the customer and explain the rate for shipping.
The support team keeps advising to select areas, which I have... On the listing page it shows what their shipping cost should be, however, it does not get applied when international buys. This is a huge fix. Not only do I loose a sale, Ecrator does not make money. Seems to me, they would fix this. Well it has been a few years and to date still no change. So beware when you list your items

I have been selling since 2018. No real hits. Shipping options is terrible. The attribute selection option is terrible. Needs a complete make over in order to compete in this day and age. I just joined Mercari.com OMG. My sales of the same items posted eBay, Bonanza, Truegether and Ecrater, even Poshmark, far exceeds them all... i say everyone go over to Mercari. It has it flaws as well. However, the hits are far better I think... I can only say this because I posted the same items as elsewhere. Go figure that one.

Tip for consumers:
if you sell on this site. be prepared for frustration in listing your item attributes and the shipping options

I continued to let my eBay items import over Bonanza over the last 5 years or so since started with Bonanza, I did try an next level store with 9%+ seller fees, I noticed no result changes. My google tags seem to be Ok... But I never see any tremendous changes in stats... So I surely would be skeptical to sign up to the $200+ store.
What I have recently discovered and in the process of doing, is making a transition to a personal website. Is a personal website the best way to go? Heck yes, it is! Why? Because you keep all of your funds, you control every aspect of the business. No one charging you fees on shipping, percentage to sell, listing fees. Granted, these selling platforms need to make money, and it eliminates the need for you to manage all intricate details of the site. I get that, however. It is not as difficult as you may think... email me and I can tell you what I'm doing. Knowing how to secure the domain name is the first key thing. And you need to make sure you own it... Do not set up any domain with this selling platforms(bonanza, etc, crater and others) you may regret it in the end. But I can give you a guide on how to get going for a little of nothing at least the first 2 years. If you are short on the money. I will not charge for the information. Just don't want to go into here.

Wow! I thought I found good reviews until i stumbled on this site with updated reviews about Bonanza. The overall site appeared to be good. So I posted a few things... currently I am an Ebay seller. 9yrs. Looking to get away from the love hate relationship I have with them and the policies which try to control a seller and how he operates. Anyway! Tried posting on Bonanza... could not post item descriptions as I needed for my product. The items I did post - no views at all... HMMM! I sent email for support. No reply. Not one person to talk to. Been 5 days. That is crazy; if you are taking money at any %. For fees... you better talk to sellers... I have removed my account... THE reviews here, very helpful.---I ordered 1 item Jan 2015. It arrived pronto... But I too will not take anymore chances.
UPDATE 9-7-2015
Ok. It is not Mid 2015 I decided to give Bonanza another try. Got all my listings posted. They even migrate all of my ebay listings and keep them up to date... WOW!
But a lot is still to be said about selling here... It has been 3 months. I have no views. No sales and I do not think i am getting a minimal place in the search engine. Until I see how this works... I will not pay for any upgrade to advertisement until I see how the selling platform. This is what they want from you. I see that. My booth shows I should be in google search, HMMM, I doubt it.
Now the ironic thing is here. I started selling on Etsy.com as well... same product... Super awesome site. I am doing better there than Ebay and surely better than Bonanza. So at this point I still have nothing good to say. Nothing beats a failure but a try and i have surely TRIED!

Tip for consumers:
Can't say to much for purchasing..But for selling standpoint..Hmmm..I don't think so..the support is a big issue here

I have been on eBay for over 9 years. Many of their selling policies have changed and they have to much to say about what one can sell. The fees are to high, so it makes it hard to give people a really good affordable price.
A basic stores (9%) fees. That is insane + a shipping %. Really now! Is it that serious... other selling platforms do not charge additional for shipping; so why should eBay.?... Oh! Don't forget you still have to pay Paypal fees. (which I must say are very reasonable). I A seller has to really jack up their prices to make a decent net... So, personally I stay away from the auction because of this. EBay may have been the best selling platform in the beginning, but not so now. Controlling your business, what you say and how you advertise and communicate with your buyers. EBay. Com'on really!... can't prevent communication. If my customer wants something that i am not listing... I am surely not going to post it just to make the sell. EBay wake up and get on board with other successful sites that have much better seller fees and exposure.
So potential sellers... check out all the other options when you want to list... I waited years before I got on Etsy. They are super..

I was sent a questions and not able to reply via the email link, So I am posting my experience authentic products from AliExpress.

Beware ask questions and request more pictures if you are unsure. I recently ordered jewelry and it came to me with target tags and Forever 21 store tags... So not sure what to make of it.
The high priced items. Questionable... I think I mentioned before... how they can make items as in copy. And they do that a lot.
So if you buy something they claim to be a designer name. Be sure to pay with paypal... and file your claim with paypal before you do aliexpress. Results are much quicker and you get all of your money instead of half. And you may not have to ship item back, because they have falsified an advertisement.
I just purchased what was stated a genuine leather clutch... It was pleather. So this is just an on going thing with China. BUY WITH CAUTION
