Ok my update on the 17th of January someone finally called me about this and today I received a refund.
However this has taken far too long to resolve and as such I will not be changing my star rating. I see that quite a few of the bad ratings here are from long term customers of OzSale who have just started having problems and that is also the case for me.
This issue should not have taken nearly 30 emails to your customer service department and me writing bad reviews to be resolved.
OzSale you need to improve your customer service and resturns policy ASAP or you will keep receiving bad reviews. You need to answer people when they have an issue not ignore or send the same standard response.
You need to make it an easy process when things go wrong if you want to be a trusted company.
