L'ange products are inferior to others & over priced. I have a Le Duo which doesn't straighten my hair. The Le Vite didn't straighten my hair but did a good job at burning my fingers. I had gift cards and in all the returns and exchanges L'ange took them away. In my last post, L'ange said they would contact me, but didn't. Their customer service is beyond dismal. Good luck trying to reach them. Don't buy into the hype. There are better products out there.

I chose FASHIONPHILE to look for adjustable straps. LV didn't have any. I also wanted to look for a Noe BB which LV does not have at this time.
I was looking for wider adjustable straps. The NeoNoe MM comes with skinny straps that are not adjustable for crossbody wear. I am short and the purse is too long. Many people complain about it, but say how much they "love" the purse. If the straps don't work, the purse is going back. I'l not spending all this money on a purse and then straps if it doesn't work.
