I tried the email "free" service but it was extremely limited, not allowing my email campaign to be executed properly. I then upgraded based on the many capabilities advertised on GETRESPONSE website, but soon found out the email test could not be received successfully. When I tried to contact customer service that was advertised as "24/7" availability, no phone number was available! I tried chat several times but each person was not able to provide a clear, consistent solution to the email verification issues and more! They also have a high email undeliverability rate! I immediately asked for my account to be closed and full refund of my money. Only 1 response after reaching out 6 times! After one month, I received my credit card statement and see a charge by this company for $201.92! This company is hiding behind fake awards and reviews! They are falsely advertising and charging credit cards while ignoring consumer communication and complaints. This company should be investigated for its bad service, lack of integrity and illegal tactics. DO NOT USE!
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT USE GET RESPONSE--FRAUDULENT TACTICS SUCH AS CHARGING CREDIT CARDS, IGNORING CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS(FALSELY ADVERTISE "24/7" SERVICE!), AND CONTINUE TO RIP OFF CUSTOMERS!

GET RESPONSE was tried for the advertised email services but not even a TEST could be deployed successfully, zero effort to resolve the issues and no reply to over 8 communications sents via chat and email--(no phone communication offered!)
Unfortunately, there are many companies online based in countries with low-level quality products and very poor communication such as BannerBuzz! Be aware of false advertising by this company!
