I bought a Piccolo figure and they shipped it in a shipping box that was smaller than the box that the figure was stored in. To be clear: they took they figure out of the box, FOLDED the box the figure comes in, and shipped the whole thing in a tiny shipping box. I made an account just to write this review. Don't buy from these people.
Tip for consumers:
I didn't pay for shipping but maybe if you pay for one of the more expensive shipping options, they'll have a little more regard for your your product.
