The customer service for the curb side pick up is awful. Last time, I tried to ask the service member a question and she pretended not to hear and walked away. If you greet them, you will get a hostile look. I wish there were a way to rate the customer service after each pick up. I am going to try to get most of my stuff from Sam's club.
