I purchased a concealer with a defective mechanism. I reached out to Mineral Fusion using their online contact form that does not produce an automated email confirming receipt of request. I learned that the company has three difference customer service email addresses: *******@mineralfusion.com (on their website), *******@andalou.com (on phone messaging system), *******@bwxusa.com (on invoice/packing list). The phone number provided on the invoice/packing list does not accept voice messages because the mailbox is full. I filed a claim with my financial institution. I cannot do business with an unresponsive establishment that appears to be hiding from the customers by provided multiple contact information.
