I placed an order with this company and was told that it would be done on a particular date for me to pick it up. I called several times that week to ensure that it was ready and was told by different associates that it was complete and ready for pick up. I drove from San Diego to down town LA to pick it up and found out that not only was it not complete - they had not even started it! Additionally, when I called and talked to the associates I asked them to be honest with me if it was going to be ready because if not I just wanted to have a plan B gift - each time I asked this I was assured that it would be ready. I'm very disappointed with this company as I think they do great work - but not good enough for me spend hours on the road for nothing!

Side note: MyPublisher completed my photo books and had them out the door in a matter of days - not weeks. Their quality is also very nice!
