They charge you for orders you never make, THEN they re-charge you for the SAME order you never made! When you try to call them, they give you two options; 1 to check status of order or 2 to cancel order yet when you press that, you have to visit the website... which is just giving you status on the crap you never ordered! When you do email them, in dispute, even a day later, your order has already been processed, so it's too late and you're already stuck with a stupid face mask you'll never use!
