I've ordered from QVC and never had any trouble, but when I noticed I was charged again for the products I received only one month ago I called to cancel the automatic shipments. They stated shipments every 12 weeks, but this has only been one month and at pretty much the same amount as I paid the first time. I wanted to try IT's liquid foundation and thought this was a good way to try the product, but I was so wrong! I called to cancel the order, because that is your only option per their website, When you call they keep you on the phone talking in circles trying to get you to change your shipment date. They said they would give me a return address label, but took that option back when I would not agree to move my shipment date to June rather than cancel all together. I now have to return the products, on my dime, within 7 to 10 days of receipt or my account will not be credited. I will never order from them again!
